Frank Biondi Jr., who once served as the CEO of media empire Viacom, has just sold his Brentwood home for just over 7 million less than the original asking price. Originally placed on the market at a rate of $23.9 million, the home recently sold for $16.25 million.
The 9,300 square foot home was designed in 1960 and updated in the 1990s. It first appeared on the market in October of 2017.
