Lima’s “High-Fashion Fortress” Features 24/7 Armed Patrols, Dual Kitchens, Private Theatre
Brazilian supermodel Adriana Lima and her husband, film producer Andre Lemmers III, have listed their high-tech Brentwood estate for nearly $16 million, three years after buying it for $12.35 million.
The 7,400-square-foot residence, located in the North Bundy flats, blends cutting-edge security with luxury design. Marketed as a “high-fashion fortress,” the compound is outfitted with AI-powered surveillance cameras, laser perimeter beams, and 24/7 armed patrols.
The main home features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, while a detached guesthouse adds another bedroom and bath, bringing the total to six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Inside, the property includes dual kitchens, one with Miele appliances and marble counters, the other a chef’s kitchen with a Wolf range, along with a climate-controlled wine rack and a private theater enhanced with more than $100,000 in audiovisual upgrades.
Other design elements include custom window treatments, antique Parisian streetlamps, and full smart-home integration. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a private terrace with a fireplace, a walk-in closet with key-card access, and a spa-like bathroom.
The grounds include a resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and landscaped areas with space for a sports court. Secure gates and mature hedging enclose the 0.34-acre lot, which offers a two-car garage and additional gated parking. According to the Wall Street Journal, Lima and Lemmers are selling the property as work commitments increasingly take them to the East Coast and abroad.
