February 25, 2022 – In Brentwood, the third California Ranch Style home that was designed by celebrated California designer Cliff May was recently sold for $7.2 million as reported by Forbes.com. Bob Saget’s Former Brentwood Home on Market

June 10, 2022 – Late Comedian Bob Saget’s former Brentwood home is now for sale and listed at $7.765 million as reported by The Los Angeles Times. Saget died in January at the age of 65 and lived on the property with his wife Kelly Rizzo for almost two decades paid $2.895 million for the home in 2003 as shown by public records. The agent for the sale is Adam Saget of Compass who is the comedian’s nephew. Full article here.

Fleetwood Mac’s Lindsey Buckingham Buys Brentwood Mansion

July 9, 2022 – In an off-market sale, musician Lindsey Buckingham of the 70s rock band Fleetwood Mac has purchased a mansion in the Brentwood Park neighborhood for $14 million. Full article here.

Russell Westbrook Seeks $30 Million for Brentwood Mansion

September 17, 2022 – Russell Westbrook, the point guard for the Los Angeles Lakers, has put his home in Los Angeles on the market amid what is termed as “perpetual trade rumors” as reported by The Dirt.com. Westbrook has only been with the Lakers for less than a year. Full article here.

More Housing Coming to West Los Angeles VA Campus

November 5, 2022 – The Veterans Affairs Campus will be the site of a second permanent supportive housing project now that the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors has voted to release $33.7 million in bonds to pay for it as reported by Urbanize Los Angeles. The tax-exempt bond money will go to Thomas Safran and Associates who will develop Building 402 at 11301 Wilshire Boulevard.  Full article here.

Jeffrey Feinberg Relists Brentwood Mansion for $43 Million

December 9, 2022 – Hedge fund manager, Jeffrey “Jeff” Feinberg, has made some changes to the listing of his mansion in Brentwood as reported by The Dirt.com. The home has languished on the market for six months with a $48 million price tag but has recently be relisted with a new name and slightly lower price. Full article here.
